Fitness Planner & Routine

Hello all and welcome back to the blog! It's been a few months since I've posted but I'm back and ready to share something different and new with you guys. A few of my friends and I have recently decided to make a change for the better and get fit. With that being said, I have joined Herbalife nutrition and I've been having 1 healthy meal a day and 2 shakes a day. You also get snacks in between and I really love the program so far. 

My fitness planner consists of the mini Happy Planner that I picked up from Michaels. I'm not really decorating it as much as I normally would because I am doing a lot of writing and keeping a pretty detailed food log inside. I have a few labels and washi tape here and there but for the most part it's not decorated. 


The planner is full of cute inspirational quotes and is very easy to carry since it's a mini Happy Planner. 


On the inside I just have a picture of one of my friends and I and on the inside pocket I have one of the adhesive pockets from Target filled with misc fitness stickers. 


The stickers are from different shops. I haven't incorporated them into my planning yet but I'm still working on it!


The inside of the planner is filled with meal prep and water intake logs. It also has a place for exercise. I've been keeping track of everything I eat and drink and I also use the app called My Fitness Pal which tells me exactly how many calories I have eaten and have left to eat for that day. I am at a 1,200 calorie max and of course when I exercise I can have more calories rather than not. I also use the app called Map My Fitness which syncs with My Fitness Pal to keep track of distance traveled and calories burned. 


Right now I am doing fast pace walks and will slowly incorporate cardio and running into my routine when I feel ready. Some of my favorite snack foods are:

Tuna
String Cheese
Quest Bars
Carrots 
Hummus
Cauliflower
Grapes
Triscuits/Crackers
Laughing Cow Cheese
Oikos Yogurt

Overall making better choices when eating and even going for a walk a day will make you feel so much better! If you have any questions for me please don't hesitate to comment below.
